The world of artificial intelligence impacts nearly every occupation and profession- lawyers being no exception. Lawyers deal with content and conceptual subject matter that is quite prone to the ruse of artificial intelligence. Examples are myriad, including but not limited to intellectual property, wills, trust and estates, fraud and forgery as well as other crime- all generated by artificial means. Questions of evidentiary quality, authentication and original documentation, writings, voice identification are all AI dilemmas.
